[MandENEWS] Survey to map M&E capacity in agriculture

As part of a proposed new initiative on M&E in agriculture called the Agriculture Learning and Impacts Network (ALINe), the Institute of Development Studies and Keystone Accountability are conducting a survey to identify good practice, potential partners, gaps in M&E capacity, as well as develop a database of M&E service providers.
