Development of a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Systematisation System (PMES) for PRODAP II

Five months after start up of PRODAP II, and having recruited its full staff of professionals, as a coincidence implementation was also initiated of an Intensive Monitoring and Evaluation Programme (in Spanish, PRISE) supported by the PREVAL II and RUTA regional programmes. 

From a methodological point of view, PRISE entailed implementation of three modular courses, Field Support Workshops (in Spanish, TAT), and an Online Help System. 

As it was in its initial phase, PRODAP II was one of the projects selected for implementing the TAT workshops, i.e., directly receiving technical support at project headquarters, with a consultant facilitating the technical management of the assistance provided. 

By agreeing to participate in the PRISE programme, PRODAP II committed itself to replicate the contents of the training received from each of the training modules, and conduct agreed practical exercises, amongst other things.
