Since 1997, the electronic network PREVAL operates as a public service aimed at assessors, social managers and people interested in the topic of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) in the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. The purpose of the network is to create an evaluation culture and to complement efforts to develop capabilities. The specialty is in rural development and sustainable development.
